credit card on file
To streamline scheduling and billing, we require that all patients keep a credit card securely on file. Thank you for understanding.
insurance
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and will collect any co-pays, co-insurance, or deductibles at the time of your visit.
If you have a PPO plan that includes chiropractic or acupuncture benefits, we’re happy to submit claims as an out-of-network provider. Please reach out to your insurance carrier directly to confirm coverage before your appointment.
cancellation policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for all cancellations or changes.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged in full. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and availability.
arriving to your appointment
We value your time—and ours. Because we provide one-on-one care, we do our best to stay on schedule. If you're running late, we may need to shorten your session to ensure we stay on time for the next mama.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to treat you and you will be charged in full for your appointment.
